Could a simple cuff speed up broken leg recovery?
NCT ID NCT06496035
Summary
This study is testing if using a special cuff that briefly restricts blood flow during light exercises helps people with broken leg bones heal better. It compares this new approach to standard physical therapy to see which one improves muscle strength, bone healing, and return to normal activity faster. The goal is to find a better rehab method for recovering from a serious leg fracture.
