Could a pressure cuff make light exercise more powerful for aching knees?
NCT ID NCT07316933
Summary
This study is testing a special type of light exercise for people with severe knee arthritis. Participants will wear a pressure cuff on their leg while doing gentle leg lifts to see if it helps reduce pain and improve muscle strength better than exercise alone. The goal is to find a safe way to ease pain and improve function for people waiting for knee replacement surgery.
