Summary
This study tests whether applying blood flow restriction during leg exercises can improve muscle size, strength, and knee pain in people with minor patellar instability. Thirty-four adults with anterior knee pain for at least 3 months will do rehab twice a week for 8 weeks, either with or without blood flow restriction. The goal is to see if this low-intensity method helps recovery without heavy strain on the knee.
