First seen May 15, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether combining blood-flow-restricted exercise (using light weights with a cuff to limit blood flow) and pain education can reduce pain and improve movement in people with knee osteoarthritis. About 90 adults aged 40 and older with knee OA will take part. The goal is to see if this approach works better than standard care alone.
