New exercise method aims to restore arm strength in spinal injury patients

Summary
This study tests a type of exercise called blood flow-restricted resistance exercise, combined with electrical stimulation, to help people with incomplete spinal cord injury regain strength in their arms and hands. Ten adults with cervical spinal cord injury will participate. The goal is to see if this approach can improve muscle strength and daily function.
