Summary
This study aimed to find out how common inherited blood disorders are among people living in Chattogram, Bangladesh. Researchers tested blood samples from 8,400 residents of all ages to identify carriers of these genetic conditions. The goal was to gather important information to help guide future public health programs and improve awareness.
