Summary
This study aims to understand and improve how hospital staff collect blood samples for infection testing. Researchers will review past blood culture data and ask staff about their experiences through surveys and group discussions. The goal is to identify problems and design better methods to help diagnose serious blood infections more quickly and accurately.
