Researchers test new blood tube to fix flawed clotting test

Summary
This study aims to improve a standard blood test used to check how well platelets help form clots. Researchers will compare results from the usual blood collection tube with a newer type (BAPA tube) in 100 adults already scheduled for the test. The goal is to see if the new tube causes fewer technical problems and alarms during the analysis.
