Finger-Prick test could help monitor blood thinner effects

NCT ID NCT07012291

Summary

This study is testing a small, handheld device called the ClotChek™ that measures how long it takes blood to clot. Researchers want to see if it can accurately measure clotting time in people taking common blood-thinning medications like rivaroxaban or apixaban. The study involves 150 participants and aims to provide a quick, point-of-care test to help monitor medication effects.
