Summary
This study tests whether the blood thinner enoxaparin can prevent blood clots in critically ill teenagers in the intensive care unit. About 802 teens at high risk for clots will receive either enoxaparin or a placebo. The goal is to see if the drug reduces clot risk without causing serious bleeding.
