Summary

This study is testing whether an investigational injection called SHR-2004 can safely prevent dangerous blood clots in patients undergoing elective total knee replacement surgery. The trial involves 1,166 adults who will receive either SHR-2004 or an existing approved medication. Researchers will compare how well each treatment prevents blood clots in the legs and lungs after surgery.
