New laser device could spot hidden blood clots before they cause harm
NCT ID NCT05301348
Summary
This study is testing a new laser-based device that aims to detect dangerous, circulating blood clots inside the body. It will involve 30 adults who have been diagnosed with a blood clot or are at high risk for one. The goal is to see if this new method is better at finding clots that current tests might miss, which could help prevent serious complications like strokes or pulmonary embolisms.
