First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study aims to find the right strength of a dust mite allergen extract (Blomia tropicalis) for skin prick tests. Thirty adults with dust mite allergies will have small amounts of the extract placed on their skin to see how big a reaction it causes, compared to a standard histamine solution. The goal is to make allergy testing more accurate and consistent.
