Summary

This study aims to see if a dietary supplement called 'Bloat' is safe and effective at reducing gas and bloating in healthy women. One hundred participants will take either the supplement or a placebo (a dummy pill) and report their symptoms. Researchers will compare how symptoms change after a meal and over eight weeks using simple questionnaires.
