Summary
This study aims to see if people can tell the difference between a real chiropractic adjustment and a fake (simulated) one. About 60 adults will receive either a genuine or sham adjustment, and then guess which they got. Researchers will also measure heart activity and walking patterns to see if those change. The goal is to improve the design of future chiropractic studies.
