First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 06, 2026 · Updated 34 times

Summary

This study tests a new treatment for older or medically frail adults with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (a fast-growing blood cancer). The treatment combines a targeted drug (blinatumomab, given as a shot under the skin) with low-intensity chemotherapy. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and effective for patients who cannot tolerate standard high-dose chemo. The study is for people aged 60+ or those 18-59 who are not healthy enough for intensive chemo.
