New light game may predict sports injuries

Summary

This study looks at whether a new tool called BlazePod® can help predict lower limb injuries in active adults. 60 healthy volunteers will do balance and movement tests, including tapping lights while standing on one leg. Researchers will compare the results to standard tests to see if the BlazePod® method is a useful screening tool.
