Summary
This study aims to learn about the bacteria living in the urinary system of postmenopausal women who receive Botox injections for overactive bladder. Researchers will recruit 40 women to collect urine samples before and after treatment to see how the bacteria change. The main goal is to see if this kind of study is practical and to compare different ways of collecting samples.
