What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
Active substance
novel external bladder pressure monitoring device
What this could lead to
If it works, this could provide a simpler, less invasive way to measure bladder pressure during routine care.
What could go wrong
This is an early-stage comparison study with only 100 participants, so the device may not match the accuracy of standard testing or may not work for all patients.
