First seen Feb 03, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study will use an upright MRI scanner to take pictures of the bladder and nearby organs while people use a catheter to empty their bladder. Researchers will compare 10 people with spinal cord injury and 10 healthy volunteers. The goal is to better understand how the bladder works during catheterization, not to test a treatment.
