Virus therapy targets tough bladder cancer after standard treatment fails

NCT ID NCT07283835

Summary

This study is testing a new treatment called cretostimogene grenadenorepvec for people with high-risk bladder cancer that hasn't responded to standard BCG therapy. The treatment involves putting a modified virus directly into the bladder to try to kill cancer cells. Researchers want to see if this approach can eliminate visible cancer and prevent it from coming back.
