Summary
This early-stage study is testing whether adding a common blood pressure medication (propranolol) to standard immunotherapy and chemotherapy can make treatment more effective for bladder cancer that has spread to lymph nodes. The goal is to shrink tumors better before patients undergo surgery. Researchers will enroll 12 patients to first check if this combination is safe and well-tolerated.
