Summary

This study aimed to see if adding an immunotherapy drug called nivolumab to the standard BCG treatment could better control high-risk bladder cancer that had come back or persisted after initial BCG therapy. It was a large Phase 3 trial that was terminated early, enrolling only 13 participants. The goal was to compare the combination treatment against BCG alone to see if it could keep the cancer from returning or progressing for a longer period.
