Summary
This study is testing if a new approach can safely help some bladder cancer patients avoid a second surgery. It compares a special imaging-guided surgery to the current standard, which involves two surgeries. The goal is to see if the new method controls the cancer just as well while improving patients' quality of life and reducing healthcare costs.
