First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study tests whether a combination of two drugs (enfortumab vedotin and pembrolizumab) can shrink muscle-invasive bladder cancer enough to avoid bladder removal surgery. About 47 adults with stage T2-3 bladder cancer will receive the drugs for several months. If the cancer disappears completely, they continue on maintenance drugs; if not, they undergo standard cystectomy.
