Summary
This study is testing a combination of three drugs (zanidatamab, tislelizumab, and chemotherapy) for people with a specific type of advanced bladder cancer (HER2-positive). The main goal is to see if this treatment can shrink the tumor enough so that patients can keep their bladder instead of needing it surgically removed. Researchers will monitor how well the cancer responds and track patients' quality of life and survival over time.
