First seen Feb 16, 2026 · Last updated Jun 09, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study looks at whether veterans with high-grade, early-stage bladder cancer can safely have fewer follow-up exams after initial treatment. About 2,500 participants will be split into two groups: one with standard frequent checkups and one with less frequent checkups. Researchers will track survival and cancer outcomes over up to 10 years to find the best monitoring approach.
