Simple rinse after surgery could help keep bladder cancer from returning
NCT ID NCT07279792
Summary
This study tested whether the type of fluid used to rinse the bladder after tumor removal surgery affects whether the cancer comes back. Researchers compared three different rinse solutions in 150 patients with early-stage bladder cancer. The goal was to see which solution was best at preventing the cancer from returning or worsening within six months after surgery.
