First seen Feb 17, 2026 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study compares two treatments for muscle-invasive bladder cancer: radiation combined with chemotherapy versus surgical removal of the bladder. About 336 adults with this cancer will be randomly assigned to one of the two groups. The goal is to see if the non-surgical approach is as effective at preventing the cancer from spreading, offering a potential alternative to major surgery.
