Experimental bladder cancer treatments tested before surgery

Summary
This study tested several different drug combinations given before bladder removal surgery to patients with muscle-invasive bladder cancer who couldn't take standard cisplatin chemotherapy. The goal was to see how these treatments affected immune cells in the tumor and whether they helped shrink the cancer before surgery. The study was terminated early and involved 30 participants across multiple medical centers.
