New urine test could help spot bladder cancer earlier
NCT ID NCT06818136
Summary
This study is testing how well a new urine test called Bladder EpiCheck® works at finding bladder cancer in people aged 45+ who have blood in their urine. Researchers will compare the test's accuracy to the current standard procedure (cystoscopy) in 800 participants. The goal is to see if this simple urine test could help detect cancer without needing as many invasive procedures.
