Summary
This is a first-in-human study testing a new drug called BL-M24D1 in patients with advanced head and neck cancer and other solid tumors. The main goal is to find safe dose levels and understand how the drug behaves in the body. Researchers will enroll patients who have run out of standard treatment options to test different doses and look for early signs that the drug might help control cancer.
