Summary

This early-stage study tests a new drug called BL-M11D1 in 120 adults whose acute myeloid leukemia has returned or not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the right dose, and see if it helps control the disease. Participants must have a specific marker (CD33) on their leukemia cells.
