New drug targets Hard-to-Treat gynecologic cancers in early trial

Summary

This study tests an experimental drug called BL-M07D1 in people with HER2-positive gynecologic cancers (like ovarian or uterine) that have come back or spread and no longer respond to standard treatments. About 138 participants will receive the drug to see if it can shrink tumors and to check for side effects. The goal is to find the best dose and measure how well the drug works.
