Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called BL-M07D1 in women with recurrent or metastatic gynecologic cancers that have a specific marker called HER2. The goal is to find the best dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors. About 138 participants will receive the drug, and researchers will monitor safety and side effects.
