Summary
This is a first-in-human study to test the safety and find the right dose of an experimental drug called BL-M02D1. It involves 22 adults with advanced gastrointestinal or other solid tumors that have spread and have no standard treatment options. The main goals are to see how much of the drug the body can handle, identify side effects, and gather early signs of whether it might help control the cancer.
