Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called BL-B16D1 in people with head and neck cancer or other solid tumors that have come back or spread. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the best dose, and see if it helps shrink tumors. About 21 adults who have not responded to standard treatments will take part.
