Summary
This is a first-in-human study to test the safety and side effects of a new drug called BL-B16D1 in adults with advanced solid tumors that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The main goals are to find the highest safe dose and see how the body processes the drug. Researchers will also look for early signs that the drug might help shrink tumors.
