First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study tests a new drug called BL-B01D1 against standard chemotherapy for people with advanced bladder cancer (urothelial carcinoma) that has worsened after prior treatments. About 508 adults whose cancer did not respond to platinum chemo and immunotherapy will be randomly assigned to receive either BL-B01D1 or a doctor-chosen chemo. The goal is to see if the new drug helps people live longer or delays cancer growth.
