New hope for advanced cancer: experimental drug BL-B01D1 enters human trials

Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called BL-B01D1 in people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and check for side effects. About 570 participants will be enrolled to also see if the drug can shrink tumors.
