New hope for advanced bladder cancer: experimental drug enters final testing phase

Summary
This study tests a new drug called BL-B01D1 against standard chemotherapy for people with advanced bladder cancer that has not responded to prior treatments. About 508 adults will be randomly assigned to receive either the new drug or a doctor-chosen chemotherapy. The goal is to see if the new drug can slow cancer growth and improve survival.
