New cancer drug enters first human trials

Summary
This is an early-stage study testing a new drug called BL-B01D1 for people with advanced solid tumors that have spread or cannot be cured with standard treatments. The main goals are to find the safest dose, check how the body processes the drug, and look for early signs that it might help control cancer. Researchers will enroll 570 adults with various types of advanced solid tumors to carefully monitor how they respond to the treatment.
