Summary
This study tested how healthy people's digestive systems react to sugar and fat substitutes in biscuits. 56 healthy adults tried different ingredient blends and tracked stomach symptoms like bloating, gas, and bowel habits for 24 hours after eating. The goal was to understand which ingredient combinations cause the fewest digestive problems.
