NCT ID NCT07254871
First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This Phase 2 trial tests whether an injection called DM-101PX can reduce nasal symptoms caused by birch pollen allergy. About 100 adults with birch pollen allergic rhinitis or rhinoconjunctivitis will receive either the drug or a placebo. The main goal is to see if the treatment lowers symptom scores during a nasal allergen challenge.
What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
Active substance
DM-101PX (a biologic injection)
What this could lead to
If it works, this could lead to a new treatment that eases nasal allergy symptoms during birch pollen season.
What could go wrong
This is an early Phase 2 trial with only 100 people, so results may not hold up in larger studies. The treatment is still experimental and may not work better than placebo.
