Summary

This early-stage study is testing a new treatment called BioTTT001 for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to the lining of the brain (meningeal metastasis). BioTTT001 is a modified virus designed to infect and kill cancer cells. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the treatment, which is injected directly into the brain fluid, can help control the cancer.
