Doctors get schooled to fight superbugs in kids
NCT ID NCT05127161
Summary
This project tested a training program for doctors to reduce unnecessary antibiotic prescriptions for common childhood infections like earaches and sore throats. Over 1,000 clinicians across different clinics were involved. The goal was to see if education and feedback could help doctors follow guidelines better, which helps fight antibiotic resistance and keeps kids safer from side effects.
