This study tested a program to reduce unnecessary antibiotic prescriptions for children with respiratory infections like colds, ear infections, and sinusitis. Over 1,000 doctors and clinics took part. The goal was to see if training and feedback could help doctors follow guidelines and avoid broad-spectrum antibiotics when not needed.
