First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated Jun 11, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding education about stress, pain, and sleep habits to standard physiotherapy can help people with temporomandibular disorders (jaw joint problems). About 40 adults with jaw pain, stress, or teeth grinding will get either physiotherapy alone or physiotherapy plus this extra support. The goal is to see if this combined approach reduces stress, improves sleep, and lessens teeth grinding.
