Can a room with plants and sunlight make your workout better?
NCT ID NCT06928311
Summary
This study aimed to see if exercising in a room designed with natural elements like plants, sunlight, and nature sounds improves workout performance and enjoyment compared to a standard gym. Researchers had 25 male college students complete treadmill fitness tests in both types of rooms. They measured physical performance and asked participants about their mood and how much they enjoyed each environment.
