Summary
This study looked at whether exercising in a room with plants, nature sounds, and sunlight-like lighting improves workout performance and enjoyment compared to a standard gym. Twenty-five male college students who exercise regularly did treadmill tests in both settings. Researchers measured their oxygen use, heart rate, and how they felt during and after exercise.
