First seen Feb 06, 2026 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study looks at how well different materials preserve the jawbone after a tooth is pulled, before placing a dental implant. Forty adults will receive either a dentin graft, a dentin graft with hyaluronic acid, an allograft, or no graft. After 4 months, a small bone sample is taken during implant surgery to measure new bone growth and how well the graft material is absorbed.
