First seen Nov 19, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study tested whether a bone-grafting material (Bio-Oss Collagen) placed into fresh tooth sockets could reduce bone loss after multiple teeth are removed. Forty adults with intact sockets received the material and later dental implants. The main goal was to measure bone changes over 6 months using 3D X-rays. Results help improve implant success and jawbone health.
